🔁 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Monza UAE, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please review our return, refund, and exchange terms below.


✅ Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • In original packaging with all tags and accessories intact

⚠️ All items are quality-checked before dispatch. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perfumes, cosmetics, and skincare products
  • Personal care items
  • Underwear
  • Sunglasses and jewelry (e.g., necklaces)
  • Any hygiene-sensitive items

🔖 Sale & Special Items Policy

  • Some discounted or promotional items may be marked “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • For other eligible products:
    • Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused and in perfect condition
    • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or handling are not eligible for return

🔄 Exchanges (UAE Only)

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

📏 Size Exchange

  • Allowed within 7 days
  • Customer is responsible for exchange delivery fees

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Monza will arrange free pickup and exchange (subject to stock availability)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • We arrange courier pickup for all approved returns
  • Return shipping is:
    • Free only if the item is incorrect or defective
    • Otherwise, shipping fees may apply

💰 Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days

💳 Payment Method

  • Online payments / Tabby:
    Refund to original payment method or store credit
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    Refund via:
    • Bank transfer, or
    • Store credit

⚠️ Shipping fees, COD charges, and service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


📦 Shipping Fee Adjustment on Returns

  • Orders above 300 AED qualify for free shipping
  • If items are returned and the remaining order value falls below 300 AED:
    • A 25 AED shipping fee will be deducted from the refund

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

Available within UAE only.

📌 COD Charges

  • COD fee: 11 AED (non-refundable)

🚚 Delivery Fees

  • 24 AED: Orders from 200 AED to 499.99 AED
  • 34 AED: Orders below 200 AED

🚫 COD Misuse & Order Refusal

To maintain service quality:

  • Customers who reject delivery without valid reason may be:
    • Restricted from future COD orders
    • Required to use prepaid payment methods

⚠️ Repeated failed deliveries may result in account limitations.


💳 Online Payment Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping: Orders ≥ 300 AED
  • 13 AED: Orders from 200–299 AED
  • 19 AED: Orders below 200 AED

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled without valid reason may incur applicable charges (e.g., processing or delivery fees)

🚫 Return Rejection Policy

  • If a returned item is found:
    • Used
    • Damaged
    • Missing original packaging

  • Item will be sent back to customer
  • Additional delivery charges may apply

🚫 COD Limitations

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for:

  • Orders below 100 AED
  • Orders above 500 AED
  • International orders
  • Customers with prior failed deliveries
